Elementary School Second Teacher (Grades K-6)
Assets School is seeking a full-time teacher, starting school year 2017-2018.  This is a co-teaching position.  Instructional responsibilities are determined along with the Lead Teacher. 

Candidates must be passionate about learning and able to differentiate curriculum for the diverse learning needs of students who are gifted and/or have learning differences.  The ability to successfully collaborate with other teachers and effectively communicate is essential.  Participation in professional development as a member of a learning community is expected.  Experience with our student population is preferred, but an interest and willingness to learn is also welcomed.

Middle School Lead and Second Teacher Positions (Grades 7-8)
Assets School is seeking a full-time teacher, starting school year 2017-2018.  This is a co-teaching position, though each middle school teacher has her own math, Project-Based Learning, and enrichment classes.  Other instructional responsibilities are determined along with the Lead Teacher.

After School Care Program Leaders
Assets School is seeking part-time program leaders for its after-school care program.  Candidates must demonstrate a passion for working with children in an after-school setting.   Candidates must be sensitive to individual student needs and willing to differentiate curriculum.  Experience with this student population is helpful, but interest and willingness to learn is also welcomed.  The work schedule are 2:50 to 6:00 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; 1:25-6:00 pm on Wednesday.  Pay rate is $11/hour. Librarian
Assets School is seeking a part-time librarian (mornings).  MLS or MLIS school library-media certification and assistive technology preferred.  Maintains collection of books, serial publications, audiovisual and other material.  Keeps abreast of current literature and purchases books for library and classrooms.  Work with teachers and students to support curriculum.

K-8 Secretary
K-8 Program is seeking a full-time secretary to provide administrative support to the K-8 Principal, faculty, and staff. This position requires superior organizational, written, and oral communication skills, strong initiative, team player, multi-tasker, positive friendly demeanor, outstanding interpersonal skills, high level of professional judgment, discretion, and confidentiality, precise attention to detail, and proficient with technology.
