2016-17 SCHOOL YEAR, Grades K-8

Tuition $21,660 + $150 technology fee, all inclusive for supplies.
Fees There is a mandatory $450 tuition insurance fee per family (regardless of the number of children enrolled) for parents using the monthly payment plan. This insurance is optional for parents paying annually or semi-annually.

$210 athletic fee for 7th and 8th graders participating in interscholastic athletics

 Financial Aid Need-based financial aid is available; the maximum award is usually no more than 50% the cost of tuition. Information is distributed to new families with active applications in March; awards are announced in June.

For an additional fee, after school care is available until 6:00 PM; intermittently, after school classes (e.g., art, chess) are offered from 3:00 to 4:30.
 Breaks  15 min. mid-morning snack break; grades 1-4 have an additional 15 min. play period
 Lunch 20 min. to eat; 20 min. to play, socialize, or attend study hall
 Food We do not have a cafeteria so students must bring snack and lunch from home.
Lunch option: Catered meals by a provider to be determined.
 Transportation Parents may contract Tomasa’s Bus Co. for dedicated bus service.
 Dropoff and pick up points vary. We also provide contact information for parents wishing to establish carpools.
Attire We also provide contact information for parents wishing to establish carpools. No uniforms.

Covered shoes required for PE and for the play structure.

Athletics Assets is a member of the Pac-5 consortium of small schools in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu. Students are bused to practice but must find their own
way home. Athletes are assessed a participation fee.
After School Care  Fee: $1500. Hours: 3:00-6:00.
Students play, have a snack, and do homework.

Hours  7:40-12:25 Mon-Fri
Free early morning supervision begins at 6:15.
Breaks 20 min. mid-morning snack break with an additional 20 min. play period. Students staying for afternoon Camp have a lunch break before reporting.
Food We do not have a cafeteria so students must bring snack (and lunch if attending Summer Camp) from home. AM snack option: “Daily Lunch Box” provides catered meals for a fee.
Transportation Parents may contract with independent companies for dedicated bus service.

Attire No uniforms.
Covered shoes required for athletic-based Enrichments and for the play structure
After Care Summer Camp–Ke Kula Pa’ani–offers structured activities and snacks from 12:30- 4:00 with extended care from 4:00-5:30. Cost for this half day program is $160 per week and covers all supplies and field trips.
